We carry out for example infra-red camera imaging, which is used to investigate heat leakage in buildings. Infra-red camera imaging reveals the thermal bridges within the structures, heat leaks and even possible pipe breaks hidden within the structures. In addition we do mapping of moisture damages.
Infra-red camera imaging
Heat leaks in buildings cause energy loss, reduce the comfort of living and create a risk of moisture damage. Infra-red camera imaging is an excellent tool in investigating many building technical problems. It reveals the thermal bridges within the structures, heat leaks and even possible pipe breaks hidden within the structures. Infra-red camera imaging can be used to locate for example. underfloor heating cables and potential problems within these. The infra-red camera forms an image based on the infrared radiation that a solid object emits, so that the surface temperature of the object can be determined from it.
Moisture damage mapping
More than half of our buildings suffer from varying degrees of moisture damage and a mold problem has been found in one in four cases. Inadequate ventilation is often a problem in single-family houses. Today's living practices produce large moisture loads.
